When Epilepsy is Catastrophic Molecular Causes and Their Consequences
from EventbriteJoin us for an important scientific meeting that will discuss the dramatic progress made in understanding the severe catastrophic epilepsies of childhood and new therapeutic avenues including optogenetics, stem cell transplants, and gene therapy for treating these disorders. The goal of the conference is to boost the exchange of information between physicians, scientists, technology developers, experts from the pharmaceutical industry, and both governmental and non-governmental funding agencies. Proceedings will be published in Science Translational Medicine. We look forward to seeing you in Houston, Texas, April 28–29, 2014.
