Creating a Plan for Mom

from Dan R. Morris

Please join Tim Hall as he discusses why estate planning is not just for us, our spouses, or our children. It could be even more important for our parents, especially those who are widowed or otherwise single, and who might have a greater possibility for loss of control of assets and decisions in their lives.

• Assuring and protecting parents with a proper estate plan
• Having proper, updated health care documents (Living Will, Health Care Power of Attorney, Mental Health Power of Attorney, HIPAA Release form, Legal Opinion) that clearly reflect parents’ wishes
• Making sure that all other estate planning documents are current with significant recent changes in state and federal laws and procedures. (from )
