from Eventbrite

With Laura Piazza, Award-Winning Cookbook Author
What foods we choose to eat can influence how we feel and progress with chronic illness and chronic symptoms. While a change in dietary choices may elicit the fear of a boring and bland diet, this does not have to be the case. Anti-inflammatory foods can be made into delicious meals. Laura Piazza will show you how to make delicious antioxidant- and anti-inflammatory-rich recipes that can help manage inflammatory diseases like Lyme, heart disease, and chronic pain. She will share samples and show you how quick and easy it can be to make a healthy and enjoyable meal or snack.
