The Magic of Self-Massage
from EventbriteWith Dr. Sam Sanzone, DC, Chiropractor & Erin Girzone, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Consultant
How often do you take care of your body and address areas that are stiff and/or tight? Join Dr. Sam Sanzone and Erin Girzone as they show you how to use various tools, such as foam rollers, balls, or rolling "sticks" to perform self-massage. You will be AMAZED at how you will feel! The magic of self-massage can bring relief to tight shoulders, hips, back, arches of the feet, and improve posture among other benefits. This class will demonstrate that YOU have the power to feel BETTER and move WELL.
**Please wear comfortable clothing as this will be a "learn by doing" class.
Directions: The Fire Department Headquarters is located just off North State Street. State Street on the right side. Training Room is physically located at 24 Horseshoe Pond Lane but do not follow Mapquest directions as you will get lost. If you get to Boutwell’s Bowling on N. State Street, you’ve gone too far.Parking: A small parking lot is available, but it fills up quickly. You may also park on both sides of the Horseshoe Pond Lane and adjacent side streets. Parking is free. (from )
