This workshop focuses on how to develop number sense in grades K-2 based on the Common Core State Standards. Topics covered include understanding cardinality of number, decomposition and composition of numbers (Number Bonds); games and activities that develop number sense and facts fluency, place value, and teaching addition and subtraction with meaning.
