BAR HARBOR — The Jesup Memorial Library and the Harborside Shakespeare Company are collaborating to host a Shakespeare Open Mic Night on Saturday, Jan. 19 beginning at 7 p.m.
All are welcome to step up to the microphone and share a snippet of a scene, a soliloquy or sonnet from the works of William Shakespeare or another piece of classic theater.
Participants can sign up at the door. A selection of Shakespearean texts will be provided. Refreshments also will be provided.
