All new moms and moms-to-be are invited to try a FREE WEEK of one or all of our Pre/Post Natal Fitness Classes! Try Prenatal Fitness for low-impact cardio/strengthening/stretching exercises up until your due date. Prenatal Aquacise is perfect for moms-to-be to improve circulation, digestion, energy level, muscle tone and stamina. No swimming necessary. Meet other expectant moms in Intro to Belly Dance! The shimmies and undulations of belly dance help prepare for labor and a speedy recovery - no dance experience necessary! Just the 2 of Us is for moms and babies 6 months and under. Class begins with 15 minutes of infant massage followed by a varied 45 minute workout for moms.
