You will learn poses to strengthening the back extensors; that deep layer of back muscles that hold the body up against the force of gravity, while stretching certain areas to restore normal body alignment.
Our Pilates inspired Supatha method of body conditioning is fueled by core breathing techniques, proper structural positioning, repetitive movements and gravity to help strengthen and tone the muscles.
Tension rings, balls, bands and weighted bars are incorporated for greater resistance, overall body fitness, flexibility and coordination. A pleasing body shape is an added benefit :)
