This workout facilitates increased flexibility while challenging individuals to maintain core stabilization, postural alignment, and balance. Our Pilates inspired Supatha method of body conditioning is fueled by core breathing techniques, proper structural positioning, repetitive movements and gravity to help strengthen and tone the muscles.
Tension rings, balls, bands and weighted bars are incorporated for greater resistance, overall body fitness, flexibility and coordination. A pleasing body shape is an added benefit :)
