The Triathlon around Foys Lake is one of our most challenging, competitive events for beginners or the seasoned competitor. This event includes a ½ mile swim, 12.7 mile bike ride and a 3.1 mile run. The Duathlon consists of a 3.1 mile run, 12.7 mile bike and 3.1 mile run.  Computer chip timing will be offered allowing for accurate times, accurate split times and results after you finish the race. Awards for the top three division winners will be presented after the last participant crosses the finish line. Food will be provided. Awards will be presented to the top finishers after the last participant crosses the finish line. Triathlon/Duathlon registration deadline is July 26, 2014.  No refunds.
