Implant placement from a Prosthodontic perspective… This step-by-step course will prepare you to successfully implement implant dentistry in your practice. Over four intensive two-day sessions, you will receive the mentored experience you need to master optimally placed dental implants for the best esthetic and functional restorations.
The course features hands-on implant placement practice on fresh frozen cadaver specimens, simulation manikins, and tabletop lab models for an in-depth educational experience. After multiple comprehensive hands-on instruction sessions, you will be mentored while surgically placing implants into your own patient*, giving you the confidence to apply these techniques in your own practice. Unlike other weekend courses where you buy equipment but never feel comfortable enough to go home and use it, our participants have 100% success rates in integration of implant placement into their practices.

Course DatesThis mini-residency is held over four weekends, always on a Friday and Saturday. Please ensure that you can atend all four sessions before registering.

Payment Details
In order to secure and maintain your spot in the course, the following payment schedule must be adhered to:
·A minimum deposit of $2,000 is required to register. 
·A cumulative payment of $6,250 is due by April 1, 2014 (50% of course tuition).
·A cumulative payment of $9,375 is due by May 1, 2014 (75% of course tuition).
·A cumulative payment of $12,500 is due by June 1, 2014. (100% of course tuition).
 
If you are registering after April 1, we will contact you with a revised payment schedule.
Payment for participating assistants will be arranged after Session I of the course.

 
Cancellation Policy
Confirmed registrants unable to attend may obtain a 50% refund by notifying MII no later than four weeks prior to the course start date. Cancellations of less than four weeks and “no shows” are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations for individual sessions will not be refunded. MII reserves the right to cancel a full course with the full fee refunded. Should we find it necessary to cancel an individual session, we will reschedule that session or refund 25% of the full fee. MII is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant.
