***Hotel Update***As Salaamu 'Alaikum Sisters,    Alhamdulillah! WCMAS has made arrangements with  Royal Sonesta Harbor Court to provide additional rooms for all attendees still in need of rooms or who wish to change hotels to be closer to the Hyatt. This will include:  
 

Single/Double Occupancy Rooms at the rate of $119 a night (Suites are not included for this price)
Courtyard, City and Harbor View rooms are available upon request at no extra charge (based on availability)
Overnight discounted self parking with in and out privileges at $15 per day (Valet Parking is Extra)
And complimentary internet services in each room

 
Deadline: Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 5:00pm will be the cut off date to make your reservation and receive all the benefits above.

After further consideration we have decided to amend our Friday evening program to be white and black affair.
 Alhamdulillah, WCMAS has truly been blessed with the opportunity to host our 31st annual sisters’ conference, and we’ve brought it back to Baltimore City to be held at the elegant Hyatt Regency located in the heart of downtown Baltimore. We extend a gracious invitation for you to join us as we celebrate thirty-one years of sharing dawah about Allah (SWT), Prophet Muhammad (SAW ), and Islam, strictly in accordance with Qur’an and Sunnah, insha’Allah.
             The theme of the conference is, “Habeebullah: Allah Chose Him,” and, insha’Allah,  we will share information on Muhammad ibn Abdullah - the man, the   father, the husband, the statesman, the businessman, and the companion. We will look at his prophethood and his sunnah, a mercy from Allah that allowed him to change the world.                
  
Once again, Jumu’ah will be held at the hotel. Our Friday evening session will be held from six to seven o’clock, followed by our Meet and Greet. “An Evening of White and Black Elegance” (we ask everyone to dress in all white,black or a combination of the two, from head to toe)Insha’Allah, we will have a full day on Saturday and half day on Sunday.
 
WCMAS is making du’a for all of our guests that Allah grant you a safe trip to Baltimore and back home. ~Ameen.
 
****Vending Correction****A mistake was made concerning the Vendor's registration deadline.  The last day for Vendors to register by will be February 14,2014.  We apologize for the error and inconvenience.

Important Information  (Please Read Carefully)
Vending will open on Saturday, April 19. Set up will begin at 6:00 a.m. and the doors will be open for shopping at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
 Once your registration is complete, a vending contract will be emailed to you for signature. This contract must be signed and returned. 
Registration for this event is not included in the vending price. Registration is sold separately. ALL VENDORS MUST BE A REGISTERED ATTENDEE BY February 14, 2014. Please be sure to complete the entire registration process by purchasing your registration ticket on or before this date. Vendors who have not yet registered by February 14, 2014 will forfeit their space. NO EXCEPTION. 
Please be advised that space is limited. Registration will automatically close when capacity is reached. We have a limited amount of double spaces. Once double tables are sold out you may only purchase 1 single table. Any vendor who attempts to or purchases more than 2 tables for her business will be denied the right to vend and her vending fee will be returned to her.
****Ad Journal Information****
 This year, all ads will be submitted and paid for electronically through Eventbrite only. Once you have paid for your size ad, an email address will appear on your confirmation receipt. Please send all ads to this email address. We are unable to design ads, and we cannot accept pictures of humans, animals, or birds. All ads must be in black and white—NO COLOR ADS! If submitted, they will be returned.  The size of the Ad Journal is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2! Please have pen and paper ready to copy the email address (shown during checkout) needed to submit all ads.

We will be hosting our young sisters concurrently with the Women's Committee program, separate sessions will be conducted (attendees must be ages 12-19). Youth program also includes four meals, and entertainment. All meals will be eaten in the main Ballroom with the adults.
The workshops and schedule for the conference will be available soon.  We will post all information on this Eventbrite page, our Facebook pages and our website as it becomes available.
