A cool warm-up to Fashion Week from the Mad Men era, the Paley Center will be screening Eye on New York: Are Men’s Fashion Revolting?, a report on the changing men’s clothing scene featuring New York Jets star quarterback “Broadway” Joe Namath among others, and the landmark telecast Bacall and the Boys: The Fall Paris Collections, a look at Yves St. Laurent, Pierre Cardin, Emanuel Ungaro and Christian Dior’s Marc Bohan. Bacall and the Boys marks the first U.S. television showing the Paris collections with behind-the-scenes glimpses of seamstresses, dressing room activity, interviews with each designer and the actual runway shows.
