This performance features the world premiere of Earnestine Rodgers Robinson’s oratorio, Exodus. The work utilizes biblical themes drawn from the African American gospel and choral tradition. Ringing in the Chinese New Year is Yellow River Cantata by composer Xian Xinghai, with Guest Conductor Jie Yi and an international cast of musicians.
