Art That Sheds A New Light on Life at Agora

from Agora Gallery

Agora Gallery has a series of shows this November which are designed to bring a sense of light and life as the days begin to get shorter and darker. In the ground-level space, Francine Gravel’s paintings draw from Medieval, Mexican, and Egyptian art as they weave a unique tapestry of mythology and dreams. The works in Illumination: an Exhibition of Fine Art Photography demonstrate the tremendous potential of photography as a medium, both digital and analog, in images that cannot fail to capture the eye and engage the heart. The Kaleidoscope of the Mind features artwork imbued with the essence of imagination and an appreciation of the power of experience, the work combines the two for an unforgettable viewing. The dreamlike yet psychologically compelling creations of Anna Rita Alatan, also known as ARA, are featured in a solo exhibition that melds the real with the imagination.

The exhibitions begin on November 4, 2014 and continue until November 25, 2014. The opening reception is on November 6. Entrance is free and art lovers and anyone searching for an illuminating experience of art are encouraged to attend.
