Art For the New Year in NYC

Whether you are trying to warm up from New York’s cold winter, or you need to take in some culture and art to detox from the season’s spending, Agora Gallery is the perfect place to stop by for two collections of stunning fine art. In Pathway to Abstraction the audience is invited to experience the sensations of flow and harmony that can be expressed through a static piece of art. The result is lyrical in its sense of joyful exuberance, yet always grounded in our shared understanding of reality. The images in Sensorial Realms are vivid in their variety and evident desire to explore every aspect of life with vigor and energy. This impression is juxtaposed by a sense of serenity which also infuses the pieces, enabling the viewer to reassess the kind of investigation they intend to choose and enjoy the many layers present in each piece.

The exhibition opens on December 23 and runs until January 15, with a reception on January 8. Any art lover who enjoys thought-provoking artworks and meeting talented and interesting artists is encouraged to attend.
