Thank you for visiting M2K Events.  We are a full service travel agency, specializing in charter bus services and group travel.  The good times will roll on at the 2014 ESSENCE Music Festival where a celebration will take place with the Powerful Voices and more of the biggest artists and your favorite performers. The Festival is the place to be July 4-7 in New Orleans for a weekend of entertainment, music, community and culture that you don't want to miss!

We are not affiliated with Essence Magazine or the Essence Music Festival and we do NOT have tickets to the events.  We are ONLY providing charter bus transportation to the 2014 Essence Music Festival.  You should only purchase the concert tickets through Essence Music Festival or Ticket Master.  We can assist you with purchasing tickets, if requested.

Hotels arrangements were made for the group and each traveler is responsible contacting M2K Events at 229-638-0711 to reserve room in our block.

M2K Events Group Rate $239.00 per night + tax for the Deluxe Two Queen Beds, up to four people per room per night.   Room MUST be BOOKED with first night's room and tax by 9/30/2013.  All rooms are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE.

Double-Quad Occupancy (Two-Four persons occupying room)
 ________$239.00 per night, plus 13% sales tax and $1.00 occupancy tax for single occupancy. ($271.07 deposit, first night’s room and tax). Remaining balance due on April 4, 2014, for a three (3) night stay $542.14. Additional rates will apply on extended stays

 ________$159.99.00 per night, plus 13% sales tax and $1.00 occupancy tax for single occupancy. ($181.79 deposit, first night’s room and tax). Remaining balance due on March 4, 2014, for a three (3) night stay $363.58. Additional rates will apply on extended stays.
 
ESSENCE 2014 Hotel Policies
 
Any damages to your room or loss of hotel items must be reported to the Manager on Duty prior to check out. The hotel will bill you after check out for any damage or missing property not reported to the Manager on Duty.
 
 Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
 
 There will be no refunds for cancellations made after April 4, 2014.
 
 There will be no refunds for early departures.
   
  The hotel is 100% non-smoking. If your smoke inside your room you will be          required to pay a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Agency Policies
All payments are non-refundable due to contractual agreements.
Hotel will require you to present a credit card at check-in for incidentals.  Please see hotel cancellation policies above.
